Coaches Corian and Rachel are joined this week by Coach Dave and, special guest, Tali Zinsli. Tali is a Physical Therapist with Ascension Franklin focusing on women's health, and more specifically Pelvic Floor health. While this is a topic that is typically geared towards women who have had children, it is actually important for everyone to be aware of. Tali talks about why Pelvic Floor health is important, especially for athletes, what signs to look out for, and how everything works together.
