This week Rachel and Corian are joined by Ellen, Rachel's "Ruthless in Pursuit" teammate. Before Rachel and Ellen head off for the Impact Games, the 3 ladies get a chance to sit down and talk about the perception of body image in athletics. There is a perception that athletes (both male and female) need to look a certain way in order to perform at the optimal level. Additionally, they must all do the same thing to achieve their nutrition and performance goals. Corian, Rachel, and Ellen are here to tell you it's FALSE. Having a healthy relationship with food is the most important step towards reaching your athletic goals and there are multiple ways to get there!

The Final Push To the End of the Year!

It seems like just yesterday when we began to plan our first quarter of 2020. We had big plans and a lot of things to look forward to. Then 2020 set in and everything went off the deep end, so to speak. Needless to say, nothing went according to our plan and most of the year we just took it day by day. But now with the holidays fast approaching, we have some pretty big ideas, and fun plans we hope to be able to enjoy as we finish off and say "goodbye" to 2020!
