As a family physician nearing her 50’s, Ellen is a bunch of fun to have in the Peak Performance Fitness Facility Family!
With her background in athletics, and an obvious love for living a healthy lifestyle, we loved chatting with Ellen and learning more about her.
Ellen has been apart of HPCF for the past 2 years, and we hope that we’ll see her around for many more! If you’ve never met her, try to find her in a class sometime this month and connect!

All sports in grade school, track and cross country in HS, and 1 year of crew in college

Hiking, traveling, reading, music, singing
What’s 1 thing we don’t know about you?
I was an athletic trainer for football at Notre Dame 1988-1992, and I met Rudy from the movie Rudy by accident before the movie came out

To jumpstart my health and fitness

How has CrossFit changed your Life?
I am stronger than I have ever been, and it helped motivate me to clean up my eating and live a better life!
What is your biggest achievement so far, and what is your next goal?
Getting comfortable with all of the barbell movements. I am determined to get pull-ups down!
What is your favorite thing about Peak Performance Fitness Facility?
The community and coaching staff
Have any advice for new members?
Don’t be intimidated by the workouts and the veterans- we all started somewhere. Just keep coming back and have fun!
