Calling all ‘Crew – Members’ – This is our 3rd annual Nautical Mile Team Competition! Teams will consist of 2 men, or 2 women, or 1 man and 1 woman – You choose! Each year, we host 1 in-house competition for Peak Performance Fitness Facility MEMBERS only. This is an excellent way for you to test the waters and do your first (or second, third, fourth…) competition in a friendly and competitive environment!

Will this be run like a real competition? Yes, we will run this like any other competition, but it will be reserved for Peak Performance Fitness Facility Members ONLY (Unless registration dictates we need to open up registration)

What if I have a friend (non HPCF member) who wants to join and be my team mate? This is not a problem! You can invite your friend to join you! Although we say “HPCF Members Only” this just means we don’t actively advertise the competition to the public.

Prizes – Yes, there will be prizes for RX and Scaled Divisions!

Date & Times and which gym? Saturday, April 27, 2019 starting at 8:00am until finished (generally around 2-3pm). This will be hosted at the Kenosha Gym.

How To Choose a division:

Not sure what division to sign up for? The process is pretty simple, we will not be listing out the “Standards” because we feel that this will push someone to sign up for the wrong division…. So, instead of listing a bunch of different movements off, that probably wont be in the competition anyways, as yourself this question:

RX – Do you regularly RX most workouts more often than not? If the answer is yes, then sign up the “RX division”!

Scaled – Do you scale down most workouts, or follow the Func Bod track? If the answer is yes, then sign up for the “Scaled division”!

Mixed – What if I want to do RX and my partner does scaled? You can still register, just indicate this in the registration form below or send Coach Dave and e-mail at [email protected] so we register you accordingly. For scoring, your team will get the scored for the RX movements and will receive a small penalty for the scaled parts.
