Step 1: Today on “In The Kitchen” we are making home made salmon burgers! Simply remove the skin from the salmon filet and place the skinned salmon filet in a food processor. Add seasoning of choice and pulse the meat until ground up.
Step 2: Next, form the patties into proper portion sizes and either grill or sear the burger until cooked to your liking!
Step 3: enjoy!
You may substitute the salmon filet for shrimp to make shrimp burgers!
