In The Kitchen With Peak Performance Fitness Facility: Banh Mi bowl

This recipe comes from our New Orleans trip a few years ago. We were craving these delicious Banh Mi bowls, so we went on the hunt to make them.

Using shrimp, or chicken (beef and pork can be used as well) as our protein, we added pickled beats, cabbage and carrots. The taste is so delicious that you can enjoy this either warm or chilled.
