In The Kitchen With Peak Performance: Gluten Free Homemade Chicken Pizza

Instead of ordering delivery for your next pizza craving, try making your own with this recipe! The crust calls for using Bob’s Red Mill brand pizza dough.

We chose to top this one with some tomato paste mixed with fire roasted tomatoes for a sauce. Then, topped it with bacon pieces, chicken breast, baby spinach, mushrooms, red onion, Al Fresco brand Italian breakfast sausages. We then topped it with Kerry Gold brand white cheddar cheese.

The dough was easy enough to make, then a short bake in the oven to begin the crisp process. Then we topped it and cooked it for about 20:00. The whole process from making the dough, to finish was about 60:00 but the wait was well worth it!
