This chicken pasta bake recipe is fairly basic, but tastes amazing! We want to drive home again the idea that nutrition does not always have to be so complicated.
Average dinners like this should still have their place in your meals for the week if that’s what you enjoy. And who doesn’t love pasta?! However, typical pasta is extremely high in carbs. With this recipe, we use chickpea noodles that are higher in fiber and protein and chicken that is obviously a great source of protein to make this recipe more balanced.
