Calling all chocolate chip pancake lovers! This week’s recipe doubles as a breakfast or a dessert!
These bites are easy to get creative with, from small muffins to donut sized. For this recipe we used a chocolate pancake mix, but there are also peanut butter, pumpkin, banana, etc mixes to play around with! Ashley loves Kodiak Cakes because they have a great selection of flavors and Birch Benders for a gluten free option.
