Our member spotlight for December 2018 is our very own Kenosha member Ken Mullen! Ken has been Mr. consistent since he’s been around the gym over this past year. He also caught our Coaches eyes’ because he has been very encouraging and helpful to other members at the gym!
We want to congratulate Ken on this accomplishment and look forward to see what he can bring in 2019!

Favorite WOD/Metcon: Grace
Favorite Lift: Currently anything with a sandbag. It’s a love/hate thing.
Favorite Cheat Meal or food: Fried Chicken
Athletic Background: High School sports
Hobbies/Interests outside of the gym: I like to cook. Especially on my smoker.
Favorite Movie?: Got to be Godfather II. I have to watch it anytime it’s on.
How long have you been CrossFitting?: 3 years
How long have you be a Peak Performance Fitness Facility Member? 8 months
How did you find CrossFit? I saw someone doing a WOD at work and it peaked my interest.
How has CrossFit changed your Life? My diet has greatly improved.
What is your biggest achievement so far, and what is your next big goal? Murph without a vest. Next is Murph vested.
What is your favorite thing about Peak Performance Fitness Facility? The community is fantastic.
Have any advice for new members? Listen to the coaches and work on your form and mobility.
What is 1 thing that no one really knows about you (that you’re willing to share)? I have a twin brother.
