John Londre is our member spotlight for the month of March/April.
John, who is a competitive mountain bike racer, is used to the competitive side of sport, but he came to CrossFit to see if he could improve his stamina and endurance. John says that in just a few short months, the workouts and daily challenges of the workouts have definitely helped him on the courses!
John has also been a big addition to the community aspect of the gym, and ensures that his classmates are having fun and cheering them on. John even helps others get to the gym when they don’t have a ride by picking them up and driving them to the gym, just so they too can get their WOD on. This is what we mean when we say “Community”. Great Job John, keep up all your hard work.
