A lot has happened during the past 8+ weeks of quarantine. Corian and Rachel reflect on this “down time” and talk about what is in store now that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Corian and Rachel ponder the problem with success: you don’t take into account all that has lead you there, only the one last thing that you remember. You cannot equate any success to just one thing, it is a combination of many factors.
The ladies talk about their goals and keys for growth personally, professionally, and in fitness.
- Beginning the day with a motivational book. Either business or personal growth related.
- Ending the day with a “fun” book that is for entertainment.
- Journaling in the morning and evening.
Journaling has had such a positive impact on both of their lives that they are creating their own guided jounals to share with others. It has changed how they things about things, their anxiety, and their personal growth. Corian’s journal is now available for pre-order!
So what is next for the ladies? Both Rachel and Corian admit that it will be a change getting back to their old routines, but they are excited to do so. Peak Performance Fitness Facility is reopening its doors on June 1st and Rachel is starting the house hunting process!
