What Makes Peak Performance Different?

If you walk through one of our facility’s doors with an open mind and with the intent to make yourself healthier and more physically fit, we will do everything in our power to not only make you stronger and healthier, but to make your overall way of life better.

Our primary focus will be to use our programming to make (and keep) you healthy without putting you at risk of injury. However, you will find, as many of our other members have, that what we teach at Peak Performance Fitness Facility will do more than just improve how much weight you can lift or how high you can jump… We are more concerned with teaching proper movement mechanics and ensuring you leave our facilities better than you came in! In the event you do become injured – because let’s face it, life happens! Whether you come to us with a previous injury, an injury you suffer at the gym or outside of the gym, we have an entire team of Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and Coaches dedicated to rehabbing, or working around any soreness/injuries you may experience. We even have an entire injury modification program built in to all of our memberships!

WARNING: Some other side effects will be; better sleep, improved overall nutrition, improved self-confidence, better mirror selfies, expanded social circles, and a better understanding of yourself and what you are made of. What interests us is helping you to be your best and we believe what we teach can guide you on your journey to uncover and realize your true potential.
At Peak Performance Fitness Facility, we live by our 3 main core values, which are: Healthy. Happy. Community.

Happy: Happy stands for how we conduct our business. We promote a positive and empowering environment for our members and staff to thrive in.

Community: Community is what we do it for. We are cultivating a community of people dedicated to improving their health and wellness and a community where everyone feels welcome and has a sense of belonging.

Our gym is led by Corian and Dave Yandel, who are the Owners. We have 2 Full-time Coaches, Blair Chapman and Rachel Kenney.  As well as 2 part time Coaches, Shawna Rule and Eddie Lockhart.

We also have a Massage Therapist, Hona Hasting and Pilates instructor, Sherry Wirth, who round out our team. 

Our philosophy is is to create a personal relationship with you and all of our clients. We WANT our lcients coming in and using the gym. We will hold you accountable to your goals and keep you motivated to coming back, especially why life gets in the way and you need someone to hold you accountable…. Our team will be contacting you!

Our Racine facility is over 7,200 sq. feet, houses state of the art equipment and amenities. Not to mention that our facility is filled with the most incredible, hard working, and dare we say loving members that any facility could ask for. Come in and begin to understand what so many already know, we offer a free 1-hour consultation where you can tour our facilities, observe classes (potentially schedule a trial class) and ask as many questions as you wish!
